Release period: September 8 – September 21, 2026
Summary
This release centers on reusable outreach and a fuller CRM file workspace. Email Sequences let teams author multi-step campaigns once and enroll from playbooks and CRM records. Every CRM record gains a file library with share links and analytics. Research reports download as branded PDFs, the public chat can expand after the first question, and Profile settings now keep your display name and photo.
Email Sequences
Build ordered multi-email sequences—Email Topics plus waits—once, then enroll from Playbook, Returning Visitor, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Email Lists. Sequence enrollment is exclusive with a single topic on the same send. Per-step copy settings support Verbatim, generated copy, or a personalized intro while the topic body stays intact. Email Series on a record also gains the same per-step Verbatim / Not-Verbatim / Personalization modes.
Files on every CRM record
Upload PDFs and videos onto leads, contacts, companies, and opportunities; browse them workspace-wide from Files; publish or unpublish share links with engagement analytics; and attach files from the record, Knowledge Base, or other workspace libraries when drafting email.
Branded research-report PDFs
Download a formatted, lightly branded PDF of a stored research report from the Research tab on Leads, Contacts, and Companies—available on desktop and mobile.
Chat that grows when visitors engage
A Deploy option, Expand after first question, opens the widget at the configured size, then grows after the visitor asks something (about 80% of the page on desktop; full mobile viewport). Minimize and expand controls restore either size. Hero placement is excluded.
Cleaner source cards in answers
When the agent cites sources, visitors see compact cards—title, domain, and a one-line blurb—instead of a dense markdown bullet list, in both the public embed and Agent Test.
Your name and photo in YouEx
Users set a display name and photo at the top of Profile & Preferences; later logins no longer overwrite a custom identity. Public Booking Profile gets its own Name field, independent of the app header, with headshot inheritance until a public photo is uploaded.
