This guide is for sellers and team members who use YouEx.ai day to day. It covers everything from your morning routine to closing pipeline: working leads, sending outreach, logging follow-ups, and using AI research and enrichment to move deals forward.
If you are brand new, start with the End User Quickstart to get your profile, Google connection, and first records set up.
How YouEx.ai fits your day

Home and Seller Inbox
Your daily starting point. Home answers the question "What should I do next?" by surfacing CRM actions that are due, fresh research insights, and leads that need forward momentum. Start here every morning.
Working CRM Records
How to manage the four core record types in YouEx.ai: Leads, Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities. Includes the typical lead-to-pipeline workflow, record hygiene tips, and how each record type connects.
Research, Enrichment, and Routing
Use AI-powered research to build context before outreach, enrichment to fill in missing contact and company data, and routing signals to understand urgency and ownership.
Email Outreach
Draft and send one-to-one emails from any lead record, or build list-based campaigns using Email Topics for consistent, repeatable messaging. Sending works through your connected Gmail or a workspace-managed sender.
CRM Actions and Reminders
Log completed work (calls, meetings, emails) and schedule future follow-ups with reminders. Actions feed directly into Home, so your team always knows what is pending and what has been done.
Profile and Scheduling
Set up your Google connection for Gmail and Calendar, configure your CRM reminder send time, manage scheduling preferences (timezone, working hours, meeting durations), and customize your public booking calendar.
MCP Server
The YouEx.ai MCP connector lets supported AI assistants use your YouEx.ai CRM as a connected tool. After you connect it, an assistant such as Claude can look up CRM records, summarize pipeline data, read stored research reports, refresh research, and create follow-up actions on your behalf.
Quick tips
Start with Home. If you are ever unsure what to do next, Home is almost always the right answer.
Research before you reach out. A quick research pass gives you the context to write a message that actually lands. Enrichment fills in the data gaps.
Log your work. CRM Actions are how the system knows what happened and what is coming. If you skip this step, Home cannot help you prioritize.
Keep records clean. Update titles, companies, and notes as context changes. Good data compounds over time and makes AI-generated outreach significantly better.
