Workspace Email and Executive Agent
YouEx.ai includes workspace-managed email fallback for supported sending workflows.
Workspace email modes
Workspace email can run in:
- Shared address mode
- Custom domain mode
Shared address mode
Use this when you want the fastest path to a workspace fallback sender with minimal setup.
Custom domain mode
Use this when you want:
- branded sender identities
- custom domain mailbox aliases
- inbound reply handling on your own domain
Custom domain setup flow
- Enter the custom mail domain.
- Save email settings.
- Add the DNS records shown in the app.
- Verify the domain.
- Configure mailbox aliases.
- Choose a default mailbox user if needed.
Mailbox aliases
Mailbox aliases control the sender local part used for custom-domain sends.
They should be reviewed for every user who is expected to send from the custom domain.
Default mailbox user
The default mailbox user is used in certain automated fallback send cases when Gmail is unavailable.
Executive Agent
Workspace Settings also includes Executive Agent configuration.
Use this area to:
- set the Executive Agent name
- connect the Executive Agent Google mailbox
- disconnect or reconnect Google when scopes change
This matters when workspace-level email and scheduling flows depend on that identity.
