Summary

This release expands how teams connect YouEx.ai to the rest of their stack and how the public web experience represents their brand. New integrations with Slack, Salesforce, and Google Contacts bring CRM workflows into the tools your team already uses. On the public side, workspace branding, proactive Beckon messages, and a richer public booking profile give visitors a more polished, on-brand experience from first touch through scheduling.

Slack integration

Connect your YouEx.ai workspace to Slack so your team can search, view, and edit CRM records without leaving Slack. Owners and Admins connect the workspace once; each team member links their own account with /youex link. From Slack you can search leads, contacts, companies, and opportunities, open record cards, edit leads, and receive alerts when high-intent leads are assigned.

Salesforce integration

Salesforce integration extends YouEx.ai into your existing CRM stack, enabling synchronized lead and opportunity workflows between the two systems. Teams on plans that include the Salesforce package can connect their org and keep customer data aligned as leads move through capture, research, and follow-up in YouEx.ai.

Google Contacts sync

Google Contacts sync lets workspace members import contacts from a connected Google account into YouEx.ai CRM Contacts. Sync is opt-in per workspace and runs in the background, making it easier to bring an existing address book into YouEx without manual entry.

Workspace branding

Workspace owners can configure branding controls that shape how the public embed and related surfaces reflect their company—logo, colors, and base theming—so the chat experience feels native to their site rather than a generic widget.

Public booking profile

Team members can add an optional Public Booking Profile to their calendar booking page. Configure a headshot, title, bio, social links, and conversation starters in Profile Settings; when populated, the public booking page shows a two-column layout with the profile alongside the scheduling chat.

Signup and onboarding

The signup flow is streamlined for trial users: the landing page collects email directly, routes new users through a clearer check-email step, and presents a one-time workspace orientation when they first sign in. Subscription agreement acceptance is handled inline during workspace creation rather than as a separate gate.

Workspace ownership transfer

Workspace owners can transfer ownership to another active member from workspace settings. The prior owner becomes an Admin, and owner-only actions (such as deleting the workspace) follow the new owner.

Web Agent Beckons

Beckons are proactive messages the web agent can show before a visitor starts chatting—on page load, after scrolling to a percentage of the page, or when a visitor clicks a configured element. Each trigger supports a configurable delay, giving teams fine-grained control over when the agent reaches out.

Returning visitor alerts

When a known visitor returns to your site, YouEx.ai generates alerts and email notifications so your team knows a lead is re-engaging. Page views and engagement signals attach to the lead record, giving reps context on what the visitor looked at before and after identifying themselves.

Multilingual web agent

The public web agent localizes answers, Q&A pairs, offers, and info-field prompts for non-English visitors, helping global audiences get responses in their language without separate agent configuration.

MCP connector upgrades

The MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT gains interactive CRM widgets, additional tools for scheduled sends and lead lifecycle tracking, and improved widget rendering inside AI assistants—so teams can work with YouEx.ai CRM data directly from their preferred AI workspace.

Outlook on Individual plan

Outlook integration is now available on the Individual plan, giving solo operators the same email and calendar connectivity previously limited to higher tiers.
