The Home tab is your daily starting point in YouEx.ai.

It is designed to answer one question quickly: What should I do next?

Needs Your Attention

The most important section on Home is Needs your attention.

This can include:

  • CRM Actions that are due
  • ownership handoffs
  • urgent lead work
  • follow-up tasks created by current CRM activity

Best practice:

  • start your day here
  • clear the items that require a human next step
  • then move into the record itself for deeper work

Fresh Insights

Use Fresh insights to review recent signals and updates that may affect your outreach or qualification decisions.

This is especially useful when:

  • a lead has been recently researched
  • an account has new context worth using
  • your next outreach message needs stronger personalization

Nurture Momentum

Use Nurture momentum when a lead does not need an immediate close action, but still needs forward movement.

This view helps you identify:

  • leads that should not go cold
  • leads waiting on another touch
  • opportunities for gentle follow-up instead of heavy qualification
