CRM Actions and Reminders

Log completed work, schedule future follow-ups, and manage reminders in YouEx.ai.

CRM Actions and Reminders

CRM Actions are how you track work that happened or work that needs to happen next.

You can create Actions on:

  • Leads
  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Opportunities

Supported action types include:

  • Meeting
  • Text
  • Email
  • Call
  • Other

Logged actions

Use a logged action when the work already happened.

Examples:

  • completed call
  • meeting summary
  • text sent outside the app
  • follow-up email sent elsewhere

Logged actions include:

  • action type
  • notes
  • action date

Scheduled actions

Use a scheduled action when you want a future follow-up.

Scheduled actions include:

  • action type
  • notes
  • action date
  • reminder date

Reminder behavior

Reminder emails:

  • are sent to you
  • appear in Home → Needs your attention
  • use the CRM Reminder Send Time from your profile settings

Completing or cancelling actions

Mark an action complete when the work is done.

Cancel it when the follow-up is no longer needed.

Keeping this current is important because Home uses it to surface real pending work.
