End User Quickstart
End User Quickstart
This quickstart is for everyday YouEx.ai users such as sellers, SDRs, AEs, and workspace members.
It will help you get productive quickly without having to read the full documentation set first.
Your first-day path
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
- Open Profile Settings.
- Connect Google if you plan to use Gmail sending or Google Calendar scheduling.
- Set your CRM Reminder Send Time.
- Review Home, Leads, and Email Topics.
- Open a real lead and walk through research, email drafting, and follow-up actions.
1. Learn the main tabs
The tabs most end users rely on are:
- Home
- Leads
- Contacts
- Companies
- Opportunities
- Email Topics
- Email Lists
- Pools
Use Home first each day to review what needs attention.
2. Set up your profile
Open Profile Settings and review:
- your basic profile details
- Google connection status
- Google Email
- Google Calendar
- CRM Reminder Send Time
- personal public calendar branding if you use scheduling
If reminders matter to your day, set the reminder send time before you begin scheduling follow-ups.
3. Start in Home
The Home tab is your seller inbox.
Focus on:
- Needs your attention
- recent activity
- hot or stalled work
- scheduled follow-ups that are due
Use Home to decide what to do next before jumping into a specific list view.
4. Work a lead end to end
Open a lead and practice the normal motion:
- Review the record details.
- Run Research if you need more context.
- Run Enrichment if core data is missing.
- Review tier, routing, and ownership hints.
- Draft an email.
- Add a CRM Action for the next step.
This will expose most of the everyday workflows you will use.
5. Understand email workflows
YouEx.ai supports:
- one-to-one draft emails from lead records
- reusable Email Topics
- list-based outreach using Email Lists and Campaigns
When you send, the app may use:
- your connected Gmail
- or the workspace-managed sender fallback
If send is disabled, check:
- lead email exists
- Email Topic is selected
- subject is filled in
- body is filled in
- sender setup is available
6. Use CRM Actions for follow-up
CRM Actions are the best way to manage real follow-up work inside the app.
Use them to:
- log meetings, calls, texts, and emails that already happened
- schedule future actions
- trigger reminder emails
- surface work back in Home → Needs your attention
If your team wants reliable follow-up, this should become part of your normal workflow.
