Summary

This release focuses on smarter lead routing, a more capable public chat experience, and a clearer trial lifecycle. Intelligent Match uses AI to place leads with the best-fit rep inside a pool. Booking and chat improvements make scheduling and re-engagement smoother for visitors. Trial workspaces receive structured email guidance and a straightforward reactivation path as evaluations progress.

Intelligent Match routing

Intelligent Match upgrades skills-based pool assignment from simple tag matching to AI-assisted rep selection. When a lead enters an Intelligent Match pool, YouEx.ai evaluates lead research, scoring, conversation context, and each rep's routing profile and skill tags to choose the best available member. Every assignment includes an explainable summary—method, reasons, and evidence—visible on the lead's Routing panel. If the model is unavailable or confidence is low, assignment falls back to in-pool round robin so leads are never stranded.

Pool members can maintain their own routing profiles and skill tags; admins retain full editing access across the pool.

Book It scheduling CTA

The Book It call-to-action on the public embed is smarter about scheduling state. It detects when a booking is pending confirmation, when a visitor is rescheduling, and natural "shall I book?" prompts from the agent—so the button appears at the right moment. After a successful booking, the confirmation CTA uses clearer, neutral styling.

Trial lifecycle

Expired card-free trials suspend automatically, with a reactivation flow in the dashboard for teams ready to add a payment method. While suspended, automated email, embed agents, and background processing pause until the workspace is reactivated.

A structured trial email series guides card-free trial users through the evaluation period, with early reminders before expiry and follow-up prompts to add a payment method. The email series composer is optimized for mobile, with collapsible advanced controls and on-brand color accents.

Executive Agent email logger

Forward inbound emails to YouEx.ai leads using a magic phrase in the subject or body. The Executive Agent creates or updates the matching lead, logs the email on the timeline, and supports undo if the forward was accidental. Works with both Gmail-connected and Outlook channels.

Beckons: Click to Prompt

Beckons now support a Click to Prompt interaction: visitors click a beckon element and the configured message sends automatically, without needing to type first.

Chat resume within a visit

If a visitor navigates between pages on your site during a single browser session, the embed resumes their in-progress conversation—so they don't lose context when moving from a product page to pricing, for example.

CRM chat improvements

Private CRM chat now has access to the full CRM toolset with consistent behavior across in-app and MCP-connected assistants. Lead research can search the connected mailbox for emails involving the lead's address, surfacing relevant correspondence before outreach.

Richer email topics

Email topic templates now support inline HTML images, enabling richer branded email content when the Revenue Agent or follow-up workflows compose messages.

Gated content offers

Gated content offers deliver the right asset once—unlock timing, download links, and follow-up email are aligned so visitors receive a single, coherent fulfillment experience without duplicate messages.
