Email Topics are reusable outreach themes.

Use them when you want:

• consistent messaging
• repeatable positioning
• faster draft generation

An Email Topic usually defines the purpose and framing of a message.

Drafting an email from a lead

From a lead record, you can:

• generate a draft
• adjust tone, length, and personalization
• manually edit subject and body
• regenerate the copy
• send the message

Sending behavior

Depending on setup, sending may use:

• your connected Gmail
• or the workspace-managed sender fallback

Why Send Email might be disabled

The most common reasons are:

• no lead email exists
• no Email Topic is selected
• subject is empty
• body is empty
• sender setup is unavailable

Email Lists and Campaigns

Email Lists are saved groups of leads.

Typical campaign flow:

1. Create an Email List.
2. Add leads manually or from tags.
3. Generate campaign drafts with an Email Topic.
4. Review drafts.
5. Send the campaign.

Use this for segmented outreach when the same core message applies to multiple leads.
