Test before launch

Before deploying:

1. test with realistic prompts
2. validate Q&A behavior
3. validate info field collection
4. validate offer behavior
5. validate scheduling flows if enabled
6. restrict allowed domains
7. review embed configuration

Deploy safely

The deploy section supports:

• widget embed code
• launcher style
• size
• position
• theme settings
• hero/inline embed patterns

Recommended rollout:

1. validate in the Test tab
2. restrict allowed domains
3. embed on staging
4. validate real browser behavior
5. publish to production

Conversations as the improvement loop

The Conversations page shows how real users interact with your agents.

Use it to:

• identify weak answers
• find repeated unanswered questions
• inspect collection behavior
• review whether offers appear at the right time

Strong operator loop:

1. review conversations
2. identify a recurring issue
3. fix knowledge, Q&A, info fields, or offers
4. retest
